There are more than 200,000 postcards all across the country.
Our goal is to send 300,000 to the Canadian Government,
one postcard for each life lost in Darfur.


The postcard campaign provides a way for individuals, groups and organizations across the country to send a strong message to the Canadian government. By collecting signatures, you are supporting three important goals.

  1. You are telling the Canadian government how many people care about this issue.
  2. You are helping to raise awareness in your community about the crisis in Darfur.
  3. You are not only collecting signatures on postcards, but you are also giving people the option of
       subscribing to email updates from Save Darfur Canada. This means that we are building a
       coast-to-coast network of Canadians to support action in Darfur.

You can print postcards on your home or office printer or by going to a copy shop. Single-sided or double-sided postcards can be printed on regular paper.

The postcard campaign has been a great success so far, and we are still looking for organizations, groups and individuals to get involved. The success of this campaign depends on the participation of people of all ages, regions, and walks of life.
